What service does LG Chem ESS Partner website provide?

LG Chem ESS Partner website effectively assists sales activities of partners that trade LG Chem ESS products.

  • - Provide accurate and fast product information through online
  • - Provide various product/installation training and press release materials
  • - Provide points based on sales performance

Some services are provided for members only. You need to join the membership to use all services on the website.

Can I only use affiliated company e-mail for member ID (e-mail)?

You can join by using e-mail account other than the affiliated company.
However, for efficient management of member account, company e-mail is recommended.

Can I use multiple IDs (e-mails) for a company?

Yes, it is possible.
However, receiving points with multiple IDs may result in scattered accumulation of points,
and it is recommended to use one ID per company.

What are reseller member and distributor member?

[Reseller member]

Reseller member refers to a member in retail business who sells/installs LG Chem ESS product
to actual user. Only resellers can join this membership.

[Distributor (Wholesaler) member]

Distributor (wholesaler) member refers to a member in wholesale business who sells LG Chem ESS products to resellers. Only distributors (wholesalers) can join this membership.

If you cannot find the name of relevant company from distributor (wholesaler) list, please request for
the addition of list to website administrator in ‘Contact us’ page at the bottom of website page.

How are the points accumulated?

Point accumulation is the benefit for LG Chem ESS Partner members.
You need to join membership first.

[Reseller member]

After logging in, simply enter the serial number and installation information of LG Chem ESS product
you’ve sold in the My Page > Point Accumulation menu to redeem points.
At the same time, extra points will be given to the distributor member selected in the product vendor list.
Accumulated points can be checked on the recent accumulation details
in the My Page > Membership menu or My Page > Point Accumulation menu.

If you cannot find the name of relevant company from distributor (wholesaler) list, please request for the addition of list to website administrator in ‘Contact us’ at the bottom of the website page.

How can I use accumulated points?

After logging in, you can check accumulated points and apply for reward per each point in My Page >> Membership menu.

[Reward by membership level]

Membership level is determined based on points accumulated during the recent one year.
You can enjoy differentiated benefits as your membership level is upgraded without deduction of points.
Membership points are renewed every year.

[Reward by point]

You can apply for reward in exchange of your remaining points, and the points balance will be deducted
when the application for reward is completed. Membership points are renewed every year and are not
carried forward to the next year.

I cannot find the name of company from distributor list.

If the name of company is not in distributor (wholesaler) list when joining as distributor member, or if the name of relevant company is not in distributor (wholesaler) list when reseller members accumulate points, the request for the addition of list is available to website administrator through ‘Contact us’ at the bottom of the website page.
This will take 4-5 business days after the confirmation of administrator until the reflection to the list.

My membership level has been decreased.

Membership level is determined based on the accumulated points during the recent one year.
If your sales performance (by entering serial number of LG Chem ESS product you’ve sold) for the recent one year is lower than previous years, your membership level may be decreased.

I cannot remember my ID (e-mail) and password.

For ID (e-mail), please inquire in ‘Contact us’ at the bottom of the website page.
Your password can be reset through the ‘Forgot?’ menu in the password input field.

Can I use the service in countries other than Australia, Germany and UK?

There is no restriction in country for joining membership. However, there may be restrictions in participating partner program in countries other than service provision as our services are specialized in countries of service provision (Australia, Germany and UK).
